Lincoln (referred to herein as “Lincoln,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Casino”) offers online gaming services to users who register in accordance with the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any gameplay, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you satisfy all applicable eligibility criteria described below.
1. User Requirements
You are permitted to use Lincoln only if you are 18 years of age or older, or if the legal gambling age in your location is higher—whichever applies (but never below 18). Entry to the Casino is prohibited in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal. It is solely your duty to ensure that using the platform is lawful where you reside. By signing up and playing, you affirm your legal age and full compliance with all regional laws and rules.
2. Risk and Responsibility
Engaging in activities on the Lincoln platform is entirely at your own risk. Lincoln makes no assurances regarding results or earnings and offers no claims about the legality of gambling in your area. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your use of the platform, including any incurred losses. Our staff and associates are not authorized to provide legal assurances or gameplay guarantees.
3. Blocked Regions
Lincoln does not authorize users from specific regions to access, register, or play. Users detected accessing the platform from any of these areas risk suspension or termination:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom (including overseas territories), Netherlands (including Antilles/Curacao), France (including Polynesia, Guiana, and Southern Territories), Austria, Panama, Antarctica, Antigua, Belgium, Russia, and Belarus.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you are not accessing the Casino from a restricted jurisdiction.
4. Purpose of Use
The platform is strictly for personal entertainment. All gaming accounts must be used solely for non-commercial purposes. Actions such as group betting, the use of automated tools, or any profit-seeking activity are prohibited. By participating, you confirm that your gaming is recreational and unrelated to professional or commercial activity.
5. Account Setup
Upon registering with Lincoln, you must provide full, accurate, and up-to-date personal details including your legal name, birth date, residential address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and payment method. This information may be verified to comply with legal obligations, including checks on your source of wealth. Accounts with false or outdated data may be restricted or closed.
6. Login and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing your username or password is not permitted. You are accountable for all activities under your account, and any unauthorized use—whether by acquaintances or others—is a breach of the Terms. Lincoln bears no liability for losses from compromised account access.
7. Identification Verification
Lincoln retains the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, funding sources, and payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing is contingent upon submission and approval of such documents. Noncompliance may result in suspended accounts or canceled payouts.
8. Deposit Handling
All funds deposited into your account must originate from payment sources registered in your name. Use of third-party financial instruments (e.g., cards, e-wallets) is not allowed. You may be asked to provide proof of ownership when withdrawing. Deposits from unmatched sources will be reversed and may lead to account termination.
9. Wagering Deposits
To meet anti-money laundering obligations, every deposit must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. If you request a withdrawal before meeting this threshold, the request may be denied. Lincoln monitors deposits to ensure compliance with this rule.
10. Game Access Rules
Only wagers placed through Lincoln’s official website or software interface are valid. Use of external tools, automated systems, or scripts to place bets will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of winnings. The Casino reserves the right to investigate gameplay for anomalies or software exploitation.
11. Account Usage Policy
A single active account is permitted per user. If a user is found to possess multiple accounts, any winnings may be voided unless explicitly approved by Lincoln Casino. Payouts will only be processed for users maintaining one verified account.
Your account is for your personal use only. Allowing another individual to access or use your account, even with permission, violates these Terms. Any activity conducted by another party under your credentials may lead to permanent exclusion and forfeiture of funds.
12. Background Checks
When you create an account, you consent to Lincoln verifying your details through third-party sources. These checks may confirm your identity, address, payment method, and credit profile to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the platform’s integrity.
13. Gameplay Integrity
You must not employ bots, macros, automation tools, or other software intended to distort or influence game outcomes. Gaining an unfair advantage through such methods is strictly forbidden and will lead to account closure and loss of winnings.
14. Mistaken Credits
In the event your account is mistakenly credited—whether due to system errors, game software faults, hardware failures, random number generator (RNG) irregularities, internet connectivity issues, payment system errors, or similar malfunctions—such funds are not considered valid and will be deemed void. Any wagers placed or winnings obtained as a result of these credits or malfunctions will also be invalidated and deducted from your account.
15. Technical Interruptions
Lincoln bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by internet disconnections, browser issues, or other technical failures beyond our control. You accept the risk of such occurrences and agree that Lincoln’s server-side logs are the authoritative source for resolving any disputes.
16. Game Results
Outcomes of games are based on records from Lincoln’s servers. If any difference arises between the game interface and the server data, the server records take precedence. In such cases, visual or interface-based outcomes will not be honored.
17. Conflict Resolution
Should you believe an error or dispute has occurred during gameplay, you must contact customer support promptly. All disputes are resolved according to Lincoln’s internal logs and data. Lincoln reserves full discretion in issuing final decisions.
18. Tournament Expiry
All tournaments conclude precisely at the published end time. Any play still in progress at that moment will be cancelled, and incomplete sessions will not generate winnings.
19. Bonus Misuse
To withdraw any bonus-related funds, you must fulfill all applicable playthrough conditions. If a withdrawal is attempted before meeting these terms, the request will be declined and the bonus forfeited. Additionally, for bonuses received without making a cash deposit, the maximum allowable withdrawal is capped at five (5) times the bonus amount. Any excess will be removed.

20. Platform Access Control
Lincoln reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at its discretion, especially for users from prohibited regions or those engaging in suspicious or harmful activity, including but not limited to bonus manipulation, fraud, or regulatory violations.
21. Termination Criteria
Lincoln may suspend or terminate your account at any time. If so, any remaining funds may be returned at our discretion following verification. We reserve the right to void winnings and return only your deposit if:
• Identity verification fails,
• Deposits are made using unauthorized or third-party methods,
• You provide false or misleading information,
• You are underage or reside in a restricted area,
• Another individual uses your account,
• You attempt to withdraw bonus funds prematurely,
• You use bots or other deceptive software,
• You're identified as abusing promotions or violating bonus terms,
• Any breach of these Terms is committed.
Accounts that do not show genuine, individual use may be closed with funds forfeited.
22. Inactive Accounts
If there is no login recorded in an account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the account will be deemed inactive. For security, financial accounting, and customer protection, any real cash balance in said account will be automatically voided and removed. Any real cash balance funds that were deducted as a result of the account being deemed inactive may be reinstated at the request of the authorized account holder with no penalty.
23. Payment Disputes
If any deposit is charged back, disputed, or reversed, we may cancel bonuses, block withdrawals, and seek compensation. Suspected payment-related fraud will lead to permanent account termination.
24. Publicity Consent
By accepting any prize or promotional offer, you consent to Lincoln displaying your first name, player ID, or initials for marketing purposes. You may opt out by contacting customer service, unless otherwise required by regulation.
25. Withdrawal Framework
The minimum withdrawal from the casino is $100, depending on your available options. Please review our payout options for limits and available methods. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn is $5,000 per week. Any amount greater than $5,000 will be divided into parts, where no part can be larger than $5,000, and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered. A Player's initial withdrawal or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the payment processor's risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days at which time the Player will be informed via email of their payment processed date.
26. Payment Delays
Delays in processing may occur due to banking restrictions, pending reviews, or holidays. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and will update you via email. Supplying required documents promptly helps ensure smooth processing.
27. Game Materials
All graphics, software, brand assets, and content belong to Lincoln and are protected by intellectual property laws. These materials may not be used, copied, or redistributed without express written consent.
28. Staff Participation
Employees of Lincoln and anyone living in their households are barred from participating in games, promotions, or opening accounts. This policy preserves fairness and avoids conflicts of interest.
29. Indemnity Clause
By accessing the Casino, you hereby release and indemnify Lincoln, its staff, affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Misuse of platform features,
• Any illegal or unauthorized actions via your account,
• Disputes involving third parties related to your account activity.
This protection extends to all legal and financial outcomes associated with your use of the platform.
30. Liability for Legal Disputes
You agree to hold Lincoln and its associated parties harmless against any legal claims or damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes liabilities from:
• Violations of your local gambling laws,
• Unlawful account activities,
• Tax obligations or legal responsibilities tied to your winnings,
• Any breach of the Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in your region.
31. Customer Support
Our support team can offer general guidance and assistance. However, their statements are not binding and do not override these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy, the written policies on our website will prevail.
32. Conduct Rules
Inappropriate, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or other users will not be tolerated. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent closure of your account. Offensive usernames or messages may be altered or removed.
33. External Content
Lincoln is not accountable for content from third-party sources claiming affiliation. You are advised to verify all external messages or offers. Lincoln does not honor obligations based on fraudulent or misleading third-party claims.
34. Entire Agreement and Modifications
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Lincoln regarding platform use. We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after changes, you accept the updated terms.

All platform services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Lincoln does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or suitability for any particular use. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including losses from technical faults or third-party disruptions.
