Tournaments at Lincoln Casino
Playing in tournaments is a great way to stretch your bankroll, plus it adds that element of competition to your game play. There’s nothing more satisfying than winning and finishing at the top of the table is the cherry on the icing on the cake!
At Lincoln Casino we offer hundreds of tournament events every month, including daily free rolls.
To participate, you’ll need to register an account at Lincoln Casino and validate your email address by clicking on the link in the email confirmation we’ll send you. This will allow you to access tournament play.
The first time to register for a tournament, you’ll need to create a nickname. This is separate from the username you use for your Lincoln Casino account. Be aware that this tournament nickname will be visible to all users if you reach the dizzying heights of the top of the leader board of any tournament you are playing in, so please keep it clean, we don’t want to have to restrict you and you don’t want to upset anyone else now do you?
Events are displayed in the tournament lobby usually several hours before they actually begin. You can register to play at any time as soon as the tournament is listed. You can also withdraw from your registration at any time before the tournament begins and if you have paid a registration fee, for any event that has a paid entry requirement, your registration fee will be returned to you immediately. (You will not be permitted to withdraw from a tournament once it has actually started).
Once the tournament begins, you will be given a ‘stake’, an amount of tournament credits that you can use only for that particular tournament. You play the game in any way you choose, with the objective of accumulating the highest balance before the tournament concludes.
There are currently two types of tournaments at Lincoln Casino:
Varying Balance tournaments where your wins will match your tournament credit balance, in other words if you begin with $100 in credits, bet $10 and win $20, your tournament credit balance is now $110 and your tournament ranking balance, used to calculate your position on the leader board is also $110.
Accumulated Wins tournaments, here everything you win will be added to your tournament ranking balance. To use the example above, you start with $100, your tournament ranking balance is zero. You bet $10, win $20, your tournament credit balance is $110, and your tournament ranking balance is $20. Every win your game play generates will add to this tournament ranking balance, it can never go down.
You can enter as many tournaments as you wish and you can leave and come back to them as long as the tournament is still in progress.
Tournament prizes are paid in the form of cash, bonus credits, rewards points or free spin vouchers, each tournament will have a unique prize structure and prizes are paid within a few minutes of the tournament ending. Prizes are paid directly into your account.
Please note that only funds from your real chip balance may be used to purchase entries or re-buy into a tournament. Bonus funds are not eligible to be used for tournament play.
There are some restrictions regarding tournament play:
New player accounts will be granted access to a maximum of 30 tournament events. Once this number has been reached, Lincoln Casino requires your account be promoted to at least the AMBER level (Deposits of a minimum of $25.00), in order to continue to participate in tournaments.
Currently, any accounts with no real money deposit in 90 days will be restricted from further tournament play until there is an additional cash deposit into the casino account.
